Beautiful pattern on your homemade breads

Creating a beautiful pattern on your homemade bread is easier than you think. Use a plate and a pastry cutter to cut the rolled out dough into a perfect circle. Place a small bowl in the center of the dough and then use a bench scraper to divide the dough into four even sections. Continue to divide the sections in half until you have 16 even sections. Working with two sections at a time, twist in opposite directions and then pinch the ends together. Your bread has now been transformed into a beautiful star pattern. Happy baking everyone!
